BASK Shipping Policy

At BASK, we strive to ensure that your order arrives promptly and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle the delivery of your BASK body products.

Shipping Rates:

  • We charge a flat rate of $5 per order for all domestic shipments within the United States.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
  • Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking:

  • After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Delivery Issues:

  • If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delayed shipments or damaged products, please contact us at soak@baskdetroit.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Important Notes:

  • We currently only ship within the United States.
  • All orders are shipped via standard ground shipping.
