BASK Refund Policy
At BASK, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your BASK body product, we’re here to help.
Refunds:
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- There’s no need to return the product; you can keep it, and we’ll still provide a full refund.
How to Request a Refund:
- To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at soak@baskdetroit.com.
- Include your order number and a brief explanation of why you’re requesting a refund.
- Our team will process your request promptly, and you’ll receive confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Important Notes:
- This refund policy applies to all BASK body products purchased within the United States.
- Unfortunately, we do not process refunds for international orders at this time.
